Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your appointment to allow you to prepare for your treatment or just to have a herbal tea and relax before your treatment begins.

If you are late for your appointment it may mean that your treatment may have to be cut short or cancelled, as we cannot overrun for our next client. If this happens, unfortunately, you will still be charged the full rate for your shortened treatment.

If you have a health concern or are on any medication please advise at the time of booking, failure to do so resulting in aborted treatments will incur full charge. This also includes pregnancy/breastfeeding.

As late cancellations really hurt our business it is with regret that cancellations without 24 hours notice will incur 100% charge. Bookings of more than 1 hour duration will require a 50% non-refundable deposit.

We respectfully ask that all guests turn off their mobile phones whilst in the salon in order that you and other guests may relax any fully enjoy the treatments offered.

Young children are not permitted in the treatment rooms.

Gift Vouchers

Gift Vouchers are available for day packages, treatments or products. They are valid for 12 months and may be purchased from the salon or over the telephone. Expired vouchers will not be accepted after the 12 month period
